Booking conference rooms in our office was a near impossible task through the existing Outlook calendar. As a personal project, a few frustrated employees and myself designed an iOS app that improved the booking experience. We designed a simplistic booking app that allowed us to book rooms in a faster and clearer way. SPACE also synced with everyone's outlook calendar so everyone had access to use it from their phone or work computer.

We included a feature that filtered rooms that were best suited for the amount of invitees eliminating wasted room space. We also added a much requested feature that allowed users to find rooms that had current short term ability for quick standups or phone calls.
